I created an Employer Branding concept for Betsson Group based on the idea that potential employees are far more than just their job description. Each person has their own rich identity comprising their personality traits, goals, interests, passions and skills, and Betsson wanted to communicate that they celebrate the whole person, not just the job description.

We advertised for staff with interesting hobbies and asked them to come to the office dressed for their activity. And then we placed them in typical office environments where other staff are seen going about their daily work. A fun and engaging recruitment campaign with a warm and personal touch.
