When I was asked to come up with some low-budget ideas for marketing the Captain Rizk brand for Canada, I looked into what assets were available and concluded that all we had were still images from numerous photoshoots. I needed to be creative, and came up with the idea of creating an animated comic book using these images to tell stories around how the Captain Rizk character was fighting boredom in the shape of his nemesis Boredman. The results were fun and effective.

I wanted to create a retro, nostalgic effect with the comicbook hero in the 60's and 70's style, and once again HACCHI delivered. The first ad was a hit, and we soon received the go ahead for TVC number two.

TVC number two focused more on the games offering, and once again Boredman was up to his tricks.
